The provisioning of the UNESCO Global Teacher Campus (GTC) technology platform is available to any organization as all the required Technologies are open source and royalty free, but it is also a highly specialized technical endeavor. Nevertheless, the process is fully available for ICT specialists anywhere to perform if they are willing to review the available information thoroughly and go through the learning curve. There is also a growing number of dedicated technology providers that specialize in these technologies and can assist interested parties with their adoption.
