3.8. Continuous Support Considerations#
Having the GTC platform and all of its components fully installed and configured is a great first milestone, but then the real work begins.
The platform needs to be continuously monitored to preemptively identify and fix issues and be able to guarantee the high level of availability expected in a mission critical application.
Whenever an issue appears it needs to be classified, prioritized, and resolved.
On top of this, the application users will continuously have requests and inquiries that need to be dealt with.
